Shipping Policy

Different Billing / Shipping Address: If you are requesting to ship your order to an address other than your billing address there is an increased chance that your order may be flagged as fraudulent in our security system. To avoid any flagging, which may lead to delay in shipping, please include a phone number we can reach you at. When an order is flagged, we will delay shipping until we can confirm information on your account is legitimate. 

Shipping Times: 
Orders will be shipped the same day if ordered online before 9:00 A.M. PST on a weekday. If ordered after 9:00 A.M. PST your order will ship the following business day. Please note that we do not ship items on Saturday or Sunday and/or observed holidays. Orders placed on these days will not ship till the next regularly scheduled shipping day.  Our free shipping does not guarantee delivery times and routinely takes 5-9 business days to arrive to addresses within the continental United States. If your order is time sensitive in nature, please contact us at to arrange expedited shipping.

Receiving Time: Please be aware that shipping time refers to BUSINESS days and does not include weekends. Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over carrier delays and/or logistics.  We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to Fed Ex Express, Fed Ex Ground, or UPS. Claims for untimely delivery must be made with the courier service.

APO Orders: We do ship to APO's. However, since they require special handling and shipping (we do not use the US Mail for standard orders), there is additional shipping time and fees. Once you have placed your order, we will e-mail you with the additional charges. We will then wait to ship your order until you approve the shipping / handling charges. Please note that some items are too large to ship via USPS.  

Damaged / Mis-shipped Items: We make every effort to send your order packaged properly, correctly, and completely. Unfortunately, occasionally there may be errors or damage. Mis-shipments, damage, or shipping errors must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we may promptly submit a claim to the courier or rectify the problem. We may not be able to help with a problem not reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address Given: If you give us a delivery address that is incomplete or requires correction by the delivery company (UPS, FedEx, etc.), you will be charged the correction fee (charged by the shipping company - usually $10-20, depending on the shipping method). If you give us an address that is not a deliverable address, you will be charged for the original shipping and the return shipping.

Cancelled Orders: We make every effort to process your order promptly. If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible and obtain a cancellation number. Your order is not considered "cancelled" until you obtain this cancellation number from us. If your order has already shipped, your order does not qualify for cancellation.

Orders Not Received: Please note that it is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive your order within the expected shipping time.

Credit Card Chargebacks: Please note that if you initiate a chargeback on your credit card, and the credit card company declines the chargeback, you will be charged a $35 fee.
